* Return/Refund/Exchange
Basically we don't accept any return because it is custom made.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately,and should be returned to us within 10 calendar days after delivery of the product. We issue a free return label.
Items must be unused.
* without showing signs of wear or another damage in any way
* no tags removed.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item once we receive it. No refund guarantees will be made by telephone.
